家电用环保型耐候粉末涂料的研究

摘要: 研究了配方组成中树脂酸值范围、固化剂类型及用量、填料类型及透气剂用量等对聚酯/β-羟烷基酰胺(HAA)环保耐候型粉末涂料涂层性能的影响,得到了适用于家用电器涂装的环境友好型粉末涂料产品,并与聚酯/三缩水甘油基异氰尿酸酯(TGIC)体系进行了综合性能对比,对比结果表明聚酯/HAA型粉末涂料产品在涂装厚度超过120μm时易产生针孔,同时耐高温黄变性及耐蚀性较聚酯/TGIC体系稍差,其他综合性能与聚酯/TGIC型产品相当,而在贮存稳定性和成本方面则更具优势。

Abstract: In this article, the influence of acid value of resin, variety and amount of crosslinker, fillers and degassers on the comprehensive performances of polyester/HAA powder coating for household applicances was discussed. An environment-friendly durable powder coating based on polyester/HAA was developed. But still some pinholes appeared on the film if the film thickness was over 120 μm, and yellowing resistance in the hot environment and corrosion resistance were not as good as that of polyester/TGIC other comprehensive performance of the polyester/HAA was similar to the polyester/TGIC, and the costs and storability were even better.
