摘要: 采用化学改性法研制了一种性能优异的非离子型水分散性环氧树脂乳液。讨论了合成乳化剂时不同相对分子质量的聚乙二醇、环氧树脂E-51与聚乙二醇的物质的量的比、乳化剂添加量、催化剂添加量、反应温度、反应时间对反应过程和乳液性能影响,同时比较了用相反转法制备水性环氧乳液与本研究所采用的高温自乳化法制备的水性环氧树脂乳液优劣,结果表明:自乳化法制备的环氧乳液的稳定性较相反转法优,当选用n(聚乙二醇4000)∶n(环氧树脂E-51)=1∶1时,所制得水性环氧乳液粒径小于0.5μm,稳定性高,室温下6个月不分层;漆膜的硬度可达2H、附着为0级,并有良好的耐水性。

Abstract: A high performance nonionic water dispersible epoxy resin emulsion was prepared by chemical modification. Effect of different molecular weights of polyethyleneglycol, mass ratio of epoxy resin E-51 and polyethylene glycol, the amount of emulsifier and catalyst, reaction temperature, and time on reaction process and emulsion properties were discussed. The properties of two kinds of waterborne epoxy emulsion prepared by phase inversion method and the high-temperature self-emulsifying method were compared. The experimental data showed that the stability and the particle size of waterborne epoxy emulsion prepared by self-emulsifying method was better than that by phase inversion method. And when the mass ratio of polyethylene glycol 4000 and epoxy resin E-51=1: 1, the emulsion particle size was less than 0.5 μm; and showed good storage stability and no separation after six month storage at room temperature; film hardness over 2H;adhesion 1 grade. The coatings also showed good water resistance.
