四元共聚高吸水性树脂的微波辐射合成及性能研究

Preparation and Study of Quaternary Copolymer Superabsorbent Via Microwave Irradiation

摘要: 以过硫酸钾为引发剂,N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,在没有氮气保护的情况下,采用微波辐射技术合成淀粉/丙烯酸/丙烯酰胺/2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸共聚高吸水性树脂,研究了反应条件对树脂吸水倍率的影响,并借助FT-IR、TG和偏光显微镜对其结构、热稳定性及表面形态进行了表征。结果表明,树脂吸水过程符合一级动力学,在优化条件下合成的吸水树脂吸水倍率可达到2 153 g/g,并且具有较好的热稳定性。

Abstract: Using N, N-methylene --vs-acrylmide(MBA) as crosslinker and potassium persulfate as initiator, a superabsorbent of starch graft acrylamide(AM), acrylic acid(AA) and 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid(AMPS ) was prepared via microwave irradiation without nitrogen. The influence of reaction conditions like monomer proportion, the pH value on water absorbency were investigated. The molecular structure and surface morphology were characterized by FT-IR, TG and microscope, respectively. The results showed that the absorbency of copolymer was 2 153(g/g) for distilled water in optimized conditions and the kinetics of swelling process followed first order kinetics equation, TG analysis demonstrated the excellent thermal stability of superabsorbent.
