叔碳改性氟碳丙烯酸酯乳液的制备及应用

Preparation and Application of Fluorocarbon Acrylate Emulsion Modified with Versatate

摘要: 以叔碳酸酯、含氟丙烯酸酯、丙烯酸(酯)等为共聚单体,制备微交联叔碳改性氟碳共聚乳液。研究了叔碳酸酯、含氟丙烯酸酯、交联剂等对乳液性能的影响。并对制备的乳液及涂料进行了傅里叶转换红外光谱(FT-IR)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和能谱(EDS)等表征。结果表明:叔碳与氟碳的协同效应促进了氟原子的表面迁移,在改善成膜性的同时有效提高了乳胶膜的接触角和耐水性。利用此乳液制备的涂料成膜性和二次涂刷性好,最低成膜温度低。漆膜具有较强的附着力,其耐水性、耐碱性、耐沾污性、疏水疏油性优良。

Abstract:

The micro-cross linking fluorocarbon acrylate emulsion modified with versatate was prepared by using versatate, fluorinated acrylate and acrylate as monomers and characterized by fourier teansform in-frared spectroscopy(FT-IR ), transmission electron microscope(TEM), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS ). The influences of versatate, fluorinated acrylate and cross linking agent on the properties of emulsion were discussed. The results showed that the fluorinated components were transferred to the film-air interface due to synergistic effect of versatate-fluorocarbon and increase the film‘s contact angle, water resistance. The coatings made from this emulsion has good film-forming property and second brushabilityand lower MFT. The adhesion, water resistance, alkali- resistance. dirt-resistance,hydrophobic and hydrophilic properties of coatings are good.
