摘要: 节能降本、绿色环保和健康安全是造船业、涂料业面临的大问题。本研究阐述了新一代耐高温可焊性车间底漆的制备过程,并且与传统型、第一代车间底漆之间进行了系统的比较,发现其耐高温,烧延面积小,焊接性能好,大大减少了二次除锈重涂的工作量,在很大程度上降低了制造成本;新一代耐高温车间底漆施工操作简单、方便、环保,并且采用醇类溶剂作为稀释剂,对操作工人身体无毒害,具有广阔的市场前景和很高的经济效益及社会效益。

Abstract: Energy saving, cost reduction, environmental protection and safety are the important problems for shipbuilding and paint industry. A new weldable and heat resistant shop primer was developed. Through the comparison with conventional shop primer, test this new shop primer showed an excellent heat resistanceup to 1 200℃), less burnt extention and unique welding performance which could reduce the re-rust-removing workload and the manufacture. This new shop primer was comparatively simple and convenient to apply and environmentally friendly, as well as harmless to the operator. It will bring a prospective market and vast economic and social efficiency.
