摘要: 以溶胶 -凝胶的方法制备氟化 MQ硅树脂,通过原位聚合法和共混法将氟化 MQ硅树脂引入丙烯酸酯中,制备出氟化 MQ硅树脂/丙烯酸酯聚合物,研究结果表明:丙烯酸酯聚合物引入氟化 MQ硅树脂后,疏水性能、力学性能及耐热性均有不同程度的提高,2种方法制备的氟化 MQ硅树脂/丙烯酸酯聚合物性能略有差异。

Abstract: The title MQ silicone resin was prepared with sol-gel process, which was then blended with or in-situ copolymerized with polyacrylates to form the fluorinated silicone(MQ)resin/acrylate polymers.The results showed that introduction of MQ fluorinated silicone in polyacrylate will improve the hydrophobic properties, mechanical properties and thermal stability. The properties of final products by these two processes showed slight difference
