摘要: 干粉涂料由于其环保、原料易得、运输方便、价格便宜等优点,在建筑涂料行业中的应用越来越得到重视,具有很好的发展前景。本文对我国每年排放的大量工业副产脱硫石膏与磷石膏进行了研究,其中将混合相工业副产石膏 -矿渣复合材料用于干粉涂料是一种大胆创新。实验结果表明,研究的干粉涂料的涂膜性能基本符合内墙涂料的国家标准。

Abstract: The powder architectural coating has gained more and more attention in the architectural coatings industry and shows promissing development because of its environmental friendly production process, low price, convenient transportation and available raw materials. There are millions ton of industrial gypsums by-product, phosphogypsum and sweet gypsum, in our country. The application of these by-product was a agreat innovative practice to use gypsum-based composite material for powder decorative coating. It showed that the comprehensive performance of the product could meet the specification of national standards of interior wall coatings.
