可自分层复合型阴极电泳涂料

摘要: 合成了可自分层的接枝自交联型丙烯酸酯与环氧树脂复合型的阴极电泳涂料,研究了封闭剂种类、接枝反应温度对反应过程及产物性能的影响;通过系统研究电泳工艺参数对电泳漆膜性能的影响确定了适当的电泳工艺参数;经红外测试发现,复合漆膜具有分层结构,且在最佳反应条件及最佳电泳工艺条件下,该涂层具有优异的耐腐蚀性、耐候性和高装饰性,可实现涂料的底面合一。

Abstract:

The title self-stratifying hybrid cathodic electrodeposition coatings consisteted of self crosslinkable acrylic resin and epoxy resin were designed and synthesized. The effects of blocking agent and temperature of grafting reaction on the reaction process and properties of product were studied. And the effects of parameters of electrophoretic technology on the properties of paint films were also investigated systematically.The FTIR tests showed that the self-stratifying structure was formed in the hybrid coatings film and the film can provide good weather-resistance, good corrosion resistance and decorative performance and realized primer-topcoat in one coat.
