摘要: 研究了一个典型聚脲弹性体在熟化过程中的结构、性能变化。在整个熟化过程中,采用 FT-IR,GPC对反应过程进行跟踪,同时测试材料物理性能的变化。研究发现,样品在达到脱粘时间后几小时内,残余的异氰酸酯继续与扩链剂反应,并使聚脲弹性体的力学性能得到很大提高。

Abstract: The changes of physical properties and structure of a typical polyurea elastomer in the curing process have been investigated. With the help of FTIR and GPC, the curing process was traced and the corresponding physical properties were measured. The results indicated that the residue isocyanate continues to react with the chain extender within several hours after tack-free of the coatings, which improves the mechanical properties significantly.
