摘要: 采用受控自由基聚合的新一代分散剂来制备10余种颜料的无树脂研磨色浆,并应用于9种常规的涂料树脂体系中进行测试。无论是对无机颜料,还是有机颜料,这些无树脂色浆均具有很高的颜料浓度、很低的黏度、很细的粒径和集中的粒径分布。无树脂色浆还具有较好的贮存稳定性和优异的调入性,可以适合不同的树脂体系。分散剂的添加量也与常规色浆接近。

Abstract: New generation dispersant made through controlled free radical polymerization(CFRP) technology is used to make resin-free pigment concentration(RFPC). More than 10 pigments including inorganic, organic pigment are selected to make the RFPCS with higher PVC, low viscosity, fine particle size and distribution. The pigment concentrates are applied in 9 different binder systems. These RFPCS also have good storage stability and excellent stir-in propertyTherefore, they can be used in various binder systems The dosage of dispersant is similar to that in normal pigment paste formulations.
