摘要: 通过模拟施工现场的操作方式,考察了影响聚氨酯木器面漆层间附着的因素:涂层间有无机械打磨,羟基树脂的有效用羟基,涂层间涂装间隔时间,n(—NCO)∶n(—OH)不同配比,环境温度的变化以及助剂的使用等,讨论了通过改善施工方式和选择有效用羟基树脂以改善聚氨酯木器面漆涂层间附着的问题。

Abstract: Through simulating the on-the-spot application method, the following factors influencing interlayer adhesion of polyurethane woodenware finish coats were investigated: mechanical or non-mechanical roughening between coats, effective hydroxyl of hydroxyl resin, coating interval time between coats, various n(-NCO): n(-OH)ratio.change of surrounding temperature and additives, etc. This article also discussed the enhancement of interlayer adhesion of polyurethane woodenware finish coats by improvement application methods and selection of effective hydroxy resin.
