摘要: 基于超分散剂的构思与企业的实际要求,设计并制备了一种以聚(己二酰 -己二醇 -邻苯二甲酰)(AA-HG-PA)为溶剂化链的超分散剂,锚固基团选择 N,N-二甲基氨基丙胺、 N,N-二甲基乙醇胺或多乙烯多胺。研究发现,当溶剂化链中单体配比为 n(AA)∶n(PA)∶n(HG)=8∶4∶13,相对分子质量为 3 000时,涂料细度可以降到 15 μm,分散体系稳定。当用多乙烯多胺作为锚固基团时,超分散剂对涂料的降黏性能以及漆膜的色相、光泽等性能与进口超分散剂接近,超分散剂在漆料中的储存稳定性达到生产要求。

Abstract: Based on the concept of hyperdispersant and the actual requirenents of the coatings manufacturers,a professional hyperdispersant was designed and prepared,with solvation chain of poly(adipoyl-hexanediol-phthaloyl)( AA-HG-PA), and the anchoring functional groups was selected from N,N-dinethylaninopropylamine,N,N-dinethylethanolamine, and polyethene polyamine. The results showed that the fineness of the coatings could be reduced down to about 15 μm,and the dispersion system was stable,when the mononer ratio insolvation chain was n(AA)∶n(PA)∶n(HG)=8∶4∶13,and the molecular weight 3 000. When polyethylene polyamine anchor group was used,the viscosity-reducing effect of the coatings and the color shade and gloss of the coatings film were similar to that of imported product. The
storage stability of the hyperdispersant met the requirement of industrial application.
