摘要： 对集装箱用彩色涂层钢板表面涂层的机械性能、耐划伤性能、耐中性盐雾腐蚀性能及抗紫外光老化性能进行实验和测试,综合评价了所选择的氟碳树脂、硅改性聚酯、高耐久聚酯和普通聚酯四种不同类型涂层的性能,对比分析并确定了高耐久聚酯作为综合性能优异且成本相对低廉的基体树脂,能够满足集装箱用彩板对涂层性能的各项要求。

Abstract: The mechanical property, scratch resistance, salt fog property and UV resistance of the coatings of precoated steel sheet used for refrigeration container were tested and measured. The general properties of four different kinds of resins such as polyvinylidene fluoride, silicone modified polyester, high durable polyester and conventional polyester were evaluated and discussed in the article. The test results showed that the high durable polyester provided better properties and lower cost, which can meet all requirements of coating property of precoated steel sheet used for refrigeration containers.
