摘要: 以环氧乳液为基料,聚磷酸铵、三聚氰胺、季戊四醇(APP/MEL/PER)为防火助剂研制了超薄膨胀型钢结构防火涂料。通过调整环氧乳液/固化剂比例改变涂层的性能,研究了固化剂用量对涂料防火性能的影响。通过热分析讨论了防火助剂和环氧涂膜的分解过程及协同作用。结果表明,固化剂占环氧乳液含量15%~20%时,涂层的力学性能和防火性能均较好。

Abstract: Ultrathin intumescent fire-retardant coatings based on epoxy emulsion as binder were pre-pared, together with ammonium poly phosphate, melamine and pentaerythritol(APP/MEL/PER). The prop-erties of the coatings were controlled by adjusting the ratio of the emulsion and the corresponding curing a-gent.The influence of the curing agent amount on the fire retardance of the coatings was investigated. TGA and DSC were used to analyse the decomposition process and the synergistic effect between binder and APP/ MEL/PER. The results showed that the coating has better mechanical and fireretardant properties when the dosage of curing agent was 15%-20% of the expoxy emulsion.
