摘要: 合成了一种适用于耐高温防腐涂层的硅树脂,并对其进行了表征和性能研究。红外光谱(FT-IR)和核磁 共振(29SiNMR)分析表明,合成的硅树脂是含有Si—OH的甲基苯基硅树脂。热重(TG)分析表明,在氮气氛中,硅树脂 320°C开始失质量,400°C失质量不到 2.0%,具有良好的耐热性。机械性能测试及恒温热失质量表明,硅树脂的清漆 涂层在 300°C下长期使用时,附着力、耐冲击性、柔韧性能仍保持良好。电化学阻抗分析(EIS)结果表明,硅树脂的清 漆涂层常温固化后和在 300°C高温烘烤后都具有优良的耐腐蚀性能。

Abstract: A silicone resin which can be used as the film forming material of heat and corrosion resistant coatings was syntheszed, and its structural characterization and properties were studied as well. FT-IR and Si NMR analysis prove that the synthesized silicone resin is a methyl-phenyl -silicone resin with Si-OH. TG results show that the silicone resin exhibits excellent heat resistance with the onset degradation tem-perature of 320℃. The analyses of mechanical properties and isothermal degradation indicate that the shock resistance, adhesion power and flexibility of clear paints of silicone resin maintain excellently when they are heated at the temperature of 300℃in a long run. The EIS analysis reveals that the clear paints of silicone resin exhibit good corrosion resistance on the steel surface after being not only cured under room temperature but also heated at the temperature of 300°C.
