摘要: 将羟基硅油和含有羟基的丙烯酸树脂预聚物在四异丙基钛酸酯的催化下脱水缩合,合成了一种羟基硅油 改性的丙烯酸树脂。该树脂中的Si—O—C键结构在海水中可缓慢水解,逐渐释放出硅油,使海洋污损生物附着受阻。 实海挂板实验表明,羟基硅油改性丙烯酸树脂本身具有一定的防污性能。因此,本树脂可为无毒防污材料的开发提供 成膜物并增强其防污能力,达到无毒防污的目的。

Abstract: Hydroxyl silicone oil was used to react with acrylic perpolymer for dehydration at the presence of titanium tetraisopropanolate as catalyst. The Si-0-c structure in the modified resin can be hydrolyzed manine fouling organ-ism on the surface. It showed satisfactory antifouling property after exposure to marine environment. There-fore this modified resin can be used as binder in non-toxic antifouling coatings and improve its antifouling perormance.
