TiO2粉体亲水处理及对可剥离涂料膜体性能影响的研究

Study on Influence of Hydrophilic Modification of TiO2 Powder on Film Performance of Strippable Coatings

摘要:  通过物理球磨法对平均粒径为2.92μm的TiO2粉体进行细化,使经过细化处理后的TiO2粉体平均粒径为1.712μm,然后进行亲水性处理,使其能良好地分散在聚乙烯醇溶液中,提高涂料成膜体的力学性能。同时本文还对改性前后TiO2粉体对膜体相关性能的影响进行了比较,表明水溶型高分子基体加入经过表面处理后的TiO2粉体后,其成膜体拉伸性能等可大幅提高,完全可以满足对成膜体大面积揭剥的要求。此外,由于本试验均采用无毒无害的基体进行涂料制备,因此也可以满足当今社会环保理念的要求。

Abstract: The paper has introduced the grinding of ultra-fine TiO2 powder with average particle size 2.92 μm by ball mill down to 1.712μm.The grinded TiO2 was then treated hydrophilicaly,which can be dispersed well in PVAc solution to improve the mechanical property of the coatings film.The influence of modification of TiO2 on film performance were compared,which showed that the modification of TiO2 with water soluble polymer can improve significantly the tensil strength to satisfy the requirement of striping a-broadly.Because this stripable coatings was produced with non-toxic materials,it mets the gren and en-vironmental friendly requirement.
