摘要: 聚丙烯酸酯乳胶是水性树脂的一大分支,已经过近 100年的发展。文章简述了聚丙烯酸酯乳胶的发展历程,先对核壳 /多级结构乳胶、含羟基聚丙烯酸酯乳胶、氟硅改性聚合物乳胶、纳米颗粒/聚合物乳胶复合体系和丙烯酸树脂与其他树脂的杂合体系等常见聚丙烯酸酯乳胶改性类型和制备方法进行了归纳总结,再详细介绍了可控 /活性自由基聚合制备的乳胶、含生物基单体的乳胶、含动态共价键的乳胶和主链可降解聚丙烯酸酯乳胶等最新的技术进展,为聚丙烯酸酯乳胶的工业研究和应用提供参考。

Abstract: Polyacrylate latex,an important type of water-based resins,has evolved significantly over nearly a century. This article offered a concise overview of its development. Itbegan with a summary of common modification types and preparation methods,including core-shell/multilevel structure latex,hydroxyl-containing polyacrylate latex,fluoro/silicone-modified polymer latex,nanocomposite/polymer latex composite systems,and hybrid systemscombining acrylate resin with other resins. The article then amply introduced recent technologicaladvancements,such as latex produced via controlled/living radical polymerization,latex incorporating bio-based monomers,latex with dynamic covalent bonds,and main-chain degradable polyacrylates. This review provided a scientific perspective on the industrial application and research of polyacrylate latex.
