摘要: 采用种子乳液半连续聚合法合成了叔碳酸乙烯酯(VV-10)-丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液。研究了乳化剂的用 量及配比、引发体系及不同交联单体对丙烯酸酯乳液涂膜性能的影响。确定了复合乳化剂(SDBS+OP-10)的最佳用 量为 2%,SDBS/OP-10的最佳配比为 1∶2。通过后期补加氧化 -还原引发体系,使单体转化率有了很大提高。实验 发现:在乳液体系中适当加入具有交联作用的功能单体双丙酮丙烯酰胺可以提高涂膜的耐水性和硬度,用此乳液配制 的涂料性能也有较大提高。添加合适助剂所配制的水性木器封闭底漆,对底材具有良好的封闭性。

Abstract: The title VV-10/Acrylate emulsion were synthesized by semi-continuou ssed emulsion polymerization.The efects of emulsifier contents and its mas ratio,initiation system and the diferent croslinking monomers on the performance of acrylate emulsion coatings film were investigated.The optimum level of emulsifier SDBS and OP-10 was 2% and the best ratio of SDBS/OP-10 was 1∶2.The conversion of monomers was increased by post adition of redox-initiation system.The results from experiment indicate that the addition of cros slinkable monomer DAAM into system can improve the water resistance and the hard-ness of the coatings film.The waterborne wood primer sealer prepared by ading adequate aditives showed good sealing performance for substrates.
