摘要: 将纳米颗粒添加到低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)粉末涂料中, 研究了附着强度随纳米颗粒的种类和含量的变化,发现添加纳米颗粒能明显提高 LDPE涂层和钢铁之间的附着强度。 其中添加纳米 A l2O3和纳米 SiO2在 4%时取得最大值, 与纯 LDPE相比, 提高近两倍。 可能是因为在 LDPE 和钢铁界面处的纳米颗粒改变了 LDPE 的表面物理和化学性质, 从而提高附着强度。

Abstract: The influence of varieties and amount of nanoparticles in low density polyethy lene (LDPE) powder coatings on its adhesion strength was investigated.Itwas found that addition of nanoparticles can increase the adhesion of LDPE coatings on metals.Therefore, incorpo ration of 4% nano - A l2O3 o r nano -SiO2 shows the highest adhesion,is as twice as that of pure LDPE.Themechanism seems that the nanoparticles at the interface of the coatings and themetal probably change the physica l and chemical property of surface of LDPE, which increases the adhesion strength.
