摘要: 用羟基丙烯酸乳液作为羟基组分与亲水改性多异氰酸酯配漆, 制备水性双组分聚氨酯涂料。研究了丙烯酸乳液中乳化剂用量、羟值、酸值、n ( NCO) n ( OH ) 对漆膜性能的影响, 得到了最佳的应用配方: 乳化剂用量在1% 以下, 羟值为 100 mgKOH /g, 酸值在 15 mgKOH /g以下, n(NCO) n(OH ) = 151。用红外光谱仪 ( FT - IR)表征固化前后膜的结构, 表明大部分乳液聚合物已经与多异氰酸酯反应, 但还有部分异氰酸酯没有反应。

Abstract: A two- component w aterborne po lyurethane ( 2K W BPU ) coatings w ere prepared w ith hydroxy l acry lic emu lsions as hydroxyl component and hydrophilically mod ified po ly isocyanate as curing agent The effect of amount o f emulsifier, hydroxy l value and acid value of the acrylic emulsion, n (NCO ) n (OH ) on the film properties of 2K WBPU coatings were investigated. The optimum composition of the acrylicemulsion was obta ined from these resu lts,that is: amount of emulsifier lower than 1%, based on monomer weigh,t hydroxy l value 100 mgKOH /g, acid value low er than 15 mgKOH /g, n ( NCO ) n(OH ) =151. Infrared spectra ( IR ) were used to characterize its structure be fore and after curing, Which indicated the exist of som e unreacted NCO g roups.
