摘要: 介绍了熔结环氧(FBE)粉末涂料作为一种防腐材料的特点,包括其良好的耐腐蚀性、与金属的黏结性能以及环保特性。对近 5年 FBE粉末涂料领域的研究成果进行了总结和分析,梳理了相关的标准、组分、工艺和工程应用等方面的最新研究进展。指出了提升 FBE涂料在管道防腐涂料领域的研究和应用水平,有助于减少管道失效事故的发生,确保输送油气等资源的安全可靠。

Abstract: The characteristics of fusion-bonded epoxy(FBE) powder coatings as an anticorrosive material were introduced,including its good corrosion resistance,bondingperformance with metal and environmental protection properties. By summarizing and analyzing the research results in the field of FBE powder coatings in the past five years,the latest research progress in related standards,components,processes and engineeringapplications were sorted out. It was pointed out that improving the research level and application level of FBE coatings in the field of pipeline anticorrosion coatings could helpreduce the occurrence of pipeline failure accidents and ensure the safety and reliability oftransporting oil and gas and other resources.
