Abstract: 
										The HDTMS/MPTMS-ATP modified particles were prepared by Stober method with attapulgite(ATP),tetraethyl orthosilicate(TEOS),hexadecyl trimethoxysilan(HDTMS) and γ-methacryloyloxypropyl trimethoxysilane(MPTMS)as raw materials,which were further composited with PDMS to form durable superhydrophobic composite coatings. A stable Si—C covalent structure between the modified ATP particles and the film-former was constructedthrough the addition reaction of the C=C double bond of modified ATP and the Si—H bond of PMDS. The structure,morphology and wettability of the composite ATP particles and coatingwere characterized by transmission electron microscope(TEM),scanning electron microscope(SEM),atomic force microscope(AFM),Fourier transformation infrared spectrum(FT-IR) and contact angle meter. The effect of the mass ratio of modified ATP to PDMS on the coatingperformance was examined. The results showed that the coating adhesion grade was grade1,static water contact angle was 160.5°and sliding angle was 2.8°. When the mass ratio of modified ATP to PDMS was 3∶5,the composite coating still exhibited superhydrophobicity after 80 times sandpaper polishing,100 times peel resistance and 24 h acid to alkali solution immersion test.

																								摘要: 以凹凸棒土(ATP)、正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)、十六烷基三甲氧基硅烷(HDTMS)和 γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(MPTMS)为主要原料,经 Stober法制得 HDTMS/MPTMS-ATP改性颗粒,进一步与聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)复配制备耐久型超疏水涂层。通过透射电镜(TEM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、原子力显微镜(AFM)、傅立叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、接触角测量仪对改性 ATP及涂层的结构、形貌和润湿性进行了表征,重点考察了改性 ATP与 PDMS质量比对涂层性能的影响。结果表明:改性 ATP中 C=C双键与 PMDS中 Si—H键经加成反应形成了颗粒与成膜物间稳定的 Si—C共价结构;当改性 ATP与 PDMS质量比为 3∶5时,涂层水接触角和滚动角达 160. 5°和 2. 8°,附着力为 1级,经 80次砂纸打磨、100次抗剥离测试、24 h酸碱溶液浸泡后仍具有超疏水性。
