纳米凹凸棒无机 /有机共聚物涂料的研究

Abstract: An adducts of equalmolar of to lylene- 2, 4- d iisocyanate( TDI)and 2- hydroxyethy l acrylate(BisomerHEA) had been prepared,which is then reacted with OHg roups on surface of nanoa ttapulgite forming an inorganic and organic active intermed iate contain ing double bond.The particle size of inorgan icattapulgite inintermed iatemo lecule structure is 30~ 50 nm.The double bonds can be copolymerized with other doub le bonds ( acrylic acid and acry late) ofmonomers forming nanoattapulg ite/organ ic copolymer.The coatings based on this copolymer show s good corrosion resistance,heat resistance,abrasion resistance andself- cleaning properties.The active intermediate and polymerwere characterized by IR, TGA and SEM.

摘要: 以等物质的量的甲苯二异氰酸酯、丙烯酸 - - 羟乙酯加成, 此加成物与纳米凹凸棒表面的羟基官能团再次进行加成反应, 反应生成表面结合有双键的纳米凹凸棒无机 /有机活性中间体; 该中间体分子结构中无机凹凸棒单元尺寸小 ( 30~ 50 nm ), 双键能与其他双键 (丙烯酸及其酯 ) 类单体共聚, 形成纳米凹凸棒 /有机共聚物; 以该共聚物为基料, 与颜料、填料和助剂复配制备的涂料具有良好的抗蚀性、耐热性、耐磨性和自洁性。对活性体及其共聚物进行了FT- IR、TGA、SEM 表征。
