Abstract:

In this article, the progress in waterborne sand-containing multicolor coatings has been described and its formulation and preparation process are also introduced. Using protective gel, emulsion, aggregate, cellulose and other functional additives including wetting agent and thickener, etc. a kind of high performance coating showing color variety, long-term color dots storage stability and smooth spray performance has been prepared. The product conforms to requirements of HG/T 4343—2012 “Waterborne Multicolor Architectural Coatings” and JG/T 24—2000 “Sand Textured Building Coating Based on Synthetic Resin Emulsion”.

摘要：

论述了水性含砂多彩涂料的发展近况,介绍了其配方及生产制备工艺。优选保护胶、乳液、“骨料”、纤维素醚,配合适当的润湿分散剂、增稠剂等功能助剂,制备出色彩变化多样、色点长期贮存稳定、施工顺畅的高性能含砂多彩涂料产品。制备的产品符合HG/T 4343—2012《水性多彩建筑涂料》和JG/T 24—2000《合成树脂乳液砂壁状建筑涂料》的要求。
