Abstract:
The aluminum alloy is used as framework of bus, which can decrease the total weight of car body, moreover, enable a better coating process as compared with the conventional steel based bus. Specifically, the coating process for aluminium alloy framework of bus needs no pretreatment (e.g, phosphating and electrophoresis), reduces the amount of putty,saves the process time and reduces the emission of VOC and dust as well as waste water. This coating process gives an energy saving, emission reduction and environmental friendly prospective of bus production.

摘要: 论述了铝合金作为客车的蒙皮、骨架等结构的特点。 铝合金的应用不仅降低了车体质量,其涂装工艺与普通钢车身的客车也有较大的提升,省略了前处理电泳工序,减少了腻子的使用量,节约了工艺时间,降低了 VOC 和粉尘、废水的排放,使得客车生产朝着节能、减排、环保方向发展。
