Abstract: A basecoat slag is mainly characterized by undesirable particle or dust occurred at surlace during waterborne intercoat-free coating process for automotive, which negatively affects the quality of coating. The on-site analysis indicates that the basecoat slag is derived from external coating dust when the basecoat is cured. Furthermore, the spraying equipment and related apparatus of basecoat is examined and readjusted in order to effectively film defect of basecoat slag.

摘要: 色漆渣是汽车水性免中涂涂装工艺中表面颗粒缺陷的主要类型,对汽车表面涂装质量影响很大。通过现场取样分析,发现水性免中涂涂装工艺色漆渣缺陷是由色漆成膜后外部漆颗粒污染造成的。进一步对色漆喷涂设备分析排查,调整优化色漆喷涂机器人、Dry Scrubber循环及湿度控制系统等关键设备,使色漆渣颗粒缺陷得到了有效控制。
