Preparation and Properties of Cold Zinc Anticorrosive Coatings

冷涂锌防腐涂料的制备及性能研究

Abstract: In order to improve the anticorrosive performance of cold zinc coatings and to increase the coating adhesion on steel substrate, the SEBS was used as matrix, the composite zinc powder was used as antirust pigment, the high boiling point aromatic hydrocarbon was used as solvent, the corrosion inhibitor and other additives were added to prepare the cold zinc anticorrosive coatings. The anticorrosive performance of the coatings was investigated by neutral salt spray test, and the electrical conductivity was tested by multi-meter and electro-chemical method. The results showed that the neutral salt spray resistance of the coating was longer than 2 000 h, and the adhesion was 6. 5 MPa when the composite zinc content in dry film was 96%( including spherical zinc powder 92% and flaky zinc powder 4%) and the barium petroleum sulfonate content was 1. 0;%; The multi-meter indicated that the coating was conductive; The electrochemical analysis revealed that the corrosion potential was -1 020 mV which was similar with that of hot-dip zinc and galvanized coating.

摘要: 为提高冷涂锌涂料的防腐性能,改善其与钢材的附着力,采用 SEBS 树脂为成膜物质,复合锌粉为防锈颜料,高沸点芳香烃为溶剂,并加入缓蚀剂及其他助剂,制备了冷涂锌防腐涂料。 通过中性盐雾试验考察了漆膜的耐腐蚀性能,同时采用万用表及电化学方法测试了漆膜的导电性。 结果表明:当干膜中球形锌粉含量为 92%、片状锌粉含量为 4%及石油磺酸钡缓蚀剂含量为 1%时,漆膜耐盐雾时间达到2 000 h,附着力达到 6.5MPa;万用表测试表明涂层表面导通;电化学测试表明涂层表面电极电位为-1 020 mV,与热浸锌及电镀锌表面接近。
