聚乙烯类渔网防污涂料的制备与性能评价

Abstract: he antifouling coatings for polyethylene based fis hing nets were prepared viaresin selection and formulation design, etc. Adhesion and flexibility were tested;The properties of the coating were characteried by SEM and the field test in a given sea area.The results showed that the antifouling coatings had good adhesion, flexibility and antifouling performance as coated on the surface of polyethylene based fishing nets.

摘要: 通过基体树脂的前期筛选、涂料配方测试等,制备出可用于聚乙烯类渔网的防污涂料,测试了涂膜的附着率、柔韧性;采用电镜及海上挂网对涂膜进行了表征,研究结果表明,所制备的防污涂料在聚乙烯类网衣上表现出较好的附着力及柔韧性,且防污性能良好。
