Abstract:
Electrical coating (e-coat is a complicated electrical chemical reaction process. An online inspection of the process can help us achieve stable E-coat quality and solve problems. Generally speaking, E-coat engineers adjust bath parameters and voltage setting to meet process requirement whereas seldom test the actual voltage on the car body during the E-coat process. This paper introduces a method to measure voltage curves online via an E-coat process data logger. Some practical applications of the voltage curves are also introduced, such as new paint shop rectifier system checkout, regular voltage curve tracking, E-coat process quality analysis and solutions thereto.

摘要: 电泳涂装是一个复杂的电化学过程,在线对该过程进行监控有助于电泳工程师更好地控制电泳质量以及进行问题排查。一般来说,电泳工程师都是通过调整槽液参数、电压参数等方法来满足工艺要求。很少有电泳工程师对车身在电泳过程中的实际上电电压进行相关监测、研究。文章介绍了使用某电泳数据记录仪测量电泳过程中车身上电曲线的方法,以及车身上电曲线的主要实际应用,包括:新工厂电泳整流设备验收、电泳工艺状态例行检测以及电泳工艺质量问题分析解决。
