激光粒度仪干法和湿法测试在涂料粒径分析中的应用

Abstract: The results of dry disperse method and wet disperse method of laser particle size analyzer for titanium dioxide, talc, graphene particle size distributions were compared. The suitable test conditions for dry disperse method and wet disperse method were discussed. It was (C found that the powder samples was suitable to be tested via dry disperse method while the liquid samples was suitable to be tested via wet disperse method. As setting accurate instrumentC test conditions, the repeatability of two kinds of methods were good, which was the guarantee of the accuracy of the coating particle size analysis.

摘要: 使用激光粒度仪的干法和湿法分别测试了钛白粉、滑石粉、石墨烯的粒径分布,比较了2种测试方法结果的异同。讨论了方法合适的测试条件:涂料中的干粉样品适合干法测试,液态样品适合湿法测试。在一定的仪器设置条件下,使用干法测试了钛白粉、滑石粉、石墨烯的粒径分布,使用湿法测试了乳液和钛白粉、石墨烯的粒径分布,并比较了测试结果的重复性。试验表明:干法和湿法测试结果都具有较高的重复性,能够准确测试出在涂料中添加的各种粒子的粒径分布。
