Abstract:
Large amount of coating residue is produced when the coating is being sprayed on the surface of container, which becomes a difficult problem in terms of waste treatment. In this paper, the coating residue of zinc-rich primer can be used again through the recycling baking dehydration, ball mill dispersing and sand mill grinding and appropriate addition ofC anc powder. All the basic parameters of the recycled coating are basically the same with that of the existing zinc-rich primer. Basic properties and corrosion resistance of the film can meet the requirements of container industry standards.

摘要: 集装箱行业喷漆时产生大量漆渣,漆渣废弃物的处理成为行业的一个难题。本文将富锌底漆漆渣回收与再生,采取漆渣回收、烘烤脱水、球磨机分散、砂磨机研磨的再生工艺,再适当补加锌粉,制备的再生漆与现有富锌底漆各项参数基本相同,漆膜的基本性能、防腐蚀性可以满足目前集装箱行业的标准要求。
