热带沿海输变电设备防腐技术研究及应用

Abstract: Electric transmission and transformation facilities in tropical coastland tended to be corroded due to the environment of high temperature, high humidity and high salinity which seriously threatened the safety of power grid. This study investigated the corrosion of power facilities in Hainan power network, explored the corrosion mechanism of topic coastland and proposed the corresponding anticorrosion strategies.In addition, four different anticorrosive coatings were evaluated to find out the suitable methods and measures for the circumstance, which provided the referential solutions to the corrosion of the electric transmission and transformation facilities in tropical coastland.

摘要: 输变电设备在热带沿海的高温、高湿、高盐环境下易发生腐蚀,严重威胁电网的运行安全。本研究就此调查了海南联网系统输变电设备腐蚀状况,分析了热带沿海环境的腐蚀机理,提出了对应的防腐技术对策,开展了各类防腐涂料的性能对比选型试验,探寻热带沿海输变电设备合理使用防腐涂料的技术对策,为热带沿海特殊环境下输变电设备的防腐提供了参考。
