双组分水性环氧底漆湿附着力的研究

Abstract: Wet adhesion is the most effective indicator determining the corrosion resistance of the coating. In this paper, the mechanism and characterization methods of wet adhesion are described. Besides, the effects of pigment binder ratio and drying temperature on wet adhesion are investigated. It is found that modified micro-and nano-scale hydrotalcite can effectively improve the wet adhesion and salt spray resistance of the coating. Furthermore, the relationship between wet adhesion and salt spray resistance is also analyzed.It's proved that the excellent wet adhesion can enable the better protection performance.

摘要: 阐述了湿附着力的作用机理、测试方法,考察了颜基比、干燥温度对水性环氧底漆湿附着力的影响。实验发现改性微纳米水滑石可有效提高涂膜的湿附着力和耐盐雾性。进一步分析了湿附着力和耐盐雾性的对应关系,验证了具有优异湿附着力的涂膜具有更好的防护性能。
