Abstract:
In this paper, a zinc-graphene composite paint was prepared by using graphene as replacement of zinc powder partially in epoxy zinc rich primer. The salt spray test, impact test adhesion test and electrochemical test were used to evaluate the corrosion resistant performance of zinc-graphene composite paint and epoxy zinc rich primer. The results showed that the zinc-graphene composite paint had the optimal anticorrosive performance when the addition of graphene was 1%.

摘要: 用石墨烯替代环氧富锌底漆中的部分锌粉,制备了一种锌烯复合涂料。采用盐雾、耐冲击、附着力以及电化学等测试方法对不同石墨烯含量的锌烯复合涂料和环氧富锌底漆的性能进行了评价,并对锌烯复合涂料的防腐机理进行了分析。结果表明:石墨烯添加量为1%时,锌烯复合涂层具有最佳的防腐性能。
