Abstract:
The waterborne coating system can significantly reduce the emission of VOC. In this paper, a series of waterborne coatings available in market are applied to spray as primer Inter-coat and topcoat on surface of vehicle. The result shows that most of coatings can meet the requirements while the white topcoat has shrinkage cavity, lvhich might be technical reference for further R& D.

摘要: 采用水性漆体系进行涂装将大大降低有机溶剂的挥发量,文中对城轨车辆进行了底中面水性漆的喷涂涂装试验,车体绝大部分喷漆施工达到要求,但白色面漆出现了缩孔弊病。
