炮弹外表面自动喷漆烘干设备试验研究

Abstract: To achieve the automation and green technology as painting or repairing the surface of the ammunition, and to improve the efficiency of painting and drying, an automatic painting and drying equipment for outer surface of ammunition has been prepared and tested. The testing data shows that the quality of film on outer surface of ammunition satisfies the general requirement of ammunition repair. The research results are significant for this equipment in terms of the parameters setting and optimization, giving an impetus to improvement of ammunition repair process and quality. Furthermore, the results might be useful to coating industries.

摘要: 为实现弹药维修表面处理的自动化和绿色化,提高喷漆烘干效率,对研制的炮弹外表面自动涂装烘干设备开展了试验研究。通过喷漆烘干试验数据可知,经该设备处理后的弹药漆膜质量满足通用弹药维修规程要求。研究成果为该设备的参数设置及优化奠定了良好的基础,可有效推动弹药维修工艺的发展及弹药维修质量的提高;且对涂装行业提供一定的参考。
