双组分水性聚氨酯涂料涂膜缩孔的研究

Abstract: The cratering behavior of two-component water- borne polyurethane coatings(2K-WPU) might give a negative influence on the film appearance and other performance. In this article, the effect of viscosity, drying time, pigments and additives(e.g, defoaming agent,leveling agent and wetting agent)on cratering behavior of the cured film has been investigated.The methods effectively controlling the cratering behavior are provided thereby.

摘要: 双组分水性聚氨酯涂料在应用过程中的涂膜缩孔问题会影响涂膜的使用性能和美观。研究并分析了双组分水性聚氨酯涂料(2K-WPU)的施工黏度、熟化时间以及所用颜料、助剂(如消泡剂、流平剂、基材润湿剂)等对涂膜缩孔的影响,提出了控制涂膜缩孔的有效方法。
