Abstract:
A giant molecule nonionic epoxy resin emulsifier EP- PEG was prepared with was praed with epoxy resin E-44 and PEG6000 and a small molecule anion epoxy emulsifier EP-H was prepared with epoxy resin E-44, and 2-amino- sulfobenzoic acid. It was shown that a good HLB value could be obtained when the mass ratio of EP-H/EP- PEG was 2/5. The emulsion provided good properties at 10% of composite emulsifier and 60 C of the emulsifying temperature. Compared with the waterborne emulsion prepared with a single nonionic emulsifier, composite emulsifier based epoxy emulsion showed advantages of high solid content in phase inversion( above 70% ), less emulsifier content, smaller particle size and low viscosity.The cured film was smooth and deused and also exhibited good mechanical properties and thermal stability, the tensile strength and bending strength were 31 MPa and 72 MPa respectively.

摘要: 采用环氧树脂 E-44和 2-氨基 -5-磺酸基苯甲酸合成一种小分子阴离子环氧乳化剂EP-H;通过 E-44和聚乙二醇 6000合成大分子非离子环氧乳化剂 EP-PEG。当 2种乳化剂以质量比 2∶5复配时,可达到较好的亲水亲油平衡。复合乳化剂(EP-H/EP-PEG)占 10%、乳化温度为 60℃时,制得的环氧乳液性能最佳。与单一非离子乳化剂制得的水性环氧乳液相比,EP-H/EP-PEG所制备的乳液相反转固含量高(>70%)、乳化剂用量小、乳液粒径小、黏度低;固化后的涂膜光滑致密、热稳定性佳、综合力学性能好,其拉伸强度和压缩强度分别为 31MPa、72MPa。
