轮拖覆盖件涂装工艺的研究和应用

Abstract: The painting process is a critical influencing factor for anticorrosive performance and appearance property of covering parts of the wheeled tractor. This paper analyzes the covering parts and the related painting process and thus determines a painting process named"Cathodic Electrodeposition Inter-Coating +Wet-on-Wet Topcoat Chromatography"which can allow the covering parts to show the desired anticorrosive performance and appearance. An advanced power and free chain conveying system is used to operate several production tasks with different process parameter at on painting line to meet the requirements of anticorrosion appearance and painting efficiency for covering parts of the wheeled tractor.

摘要: 轮拖覆盖件的涂装直接影响到拖拉机的防腐效果和外观。本研究通过对产品部件及相应的喷涂工艺的调查研究,确定符合防腐和外观要求的覆盖件涂装工艺,即“阴极电泳+中涂+湿碰湿面漆+套色”。利用先进的积放输送技术达到在一条涂装线上完成不同工艺要求的生产任务,以满足轮拖覆盖件的防腐、外观和涂装效率的要求。
