Abstract:
There is no paint sprayline for intercoat in traditional finishing line, which needed to be applied in topcoat sprayline at an additional painting cycle for cab finishing. It was time and energy wasted to lower the producibility of sprayline and the ability meeting the market demand. A new integrated painting system including application of intercoat, overcoat and adhesives was developed based on the existing paiting lines. The background, technology process and application of the integrated painting system were described.The painting lines were readjusted and an integated sprayline for intercoat and overcoat was developed at mind temperature for only 10 min. The new integrated spray system showed its advantaged of low cost, lower energy consumption and higher yield.

摘要: 传统喷涂工艺中没有中涂喷漆线,而需要采用在面漆线转两圈的工艺对有特殊要求的驾驶室进行中涂、面漆喷涂,耗时、耗能,不仅降低涂装喷漆线产能,还会加剧产能与市场需求的矛盾。本研究根据汽车厂原有工艺条件开发出驾驶室中涂、套色、涂胶一体化工艺技术,系统介绍了一体化技术开发背景、工艺技术流程以及技术应用情况。新工艺对原生产线进行重新布局,并采用新研制的中温短时(10min)烘干中涂漆、套色涂料以及可反复利用的遮蔽材料,形成系统的一体化涂装生产工艺,达到了低成本、低能耗、高产能的目的。
