双组分水性丙烯酸富锌底漆的研制

Abstract: A kind of waterborne anti-corrosive organic zinc-rich primer is formulated, with waterborne acrylic resin as the main film-former, compounded with spherical zinc and flake zine powders. The factors which had influences on the anti-corrosive performance of zinc-rich primer were analyzed. The results showed that when emulsion A as the main film-former, spherical zinc 2# (800 mesh) with the ratio of flake zinc I as 3: 2, pigment 6% and PVC 50% -55%, the comprehensive performances is the best.

摘要: 以水性丙烯酸树脂作为成膜物质,将球状锌粉和片状锌粉进行复配,制备出一种耐腐蚀性良好的水性有机富锌底漆。对影响富锌底漆耐腐蚀性能的主要因素进行分析,结果表明:以乳液 A作为成膜物质、球状锌粉2# (800目)与片状锌粉I的配比为3:2、颜填料b用量为 6%、PVC为50%~55%时,产品的综合性能最佳。
