Abstract: The mechanism of waterborne fireproof paint were introduced. Material selection and formulation optimization of fireproof system in development of intumescent silicone-acrylic emulsion fireproof paint were described. The physical and chemical properties of the paint and the fireproof properties were determined. Experimental results showed that the waterborne fireproof paint which composed of silicone-acrylic emulsion has excellent physical and chemical properties. And it's fireproof properties reach the first grade natronal standard of fireproof finish.

摘要： 介绍了水性防火涂料的机理，叙述了硅丙乳液膨胀型防火涂料研制过程中的材料选择及阻燃剂体系的配方优化，对该涂料的理化性能和防火性能进行了测定。实验结果表明：以硅丙乳液为成膜物质配制成的水性防火涂料理化性能优良，防火性能达到国家饰面型防火涂料一级标准。
