Abstract:
Many organic acids show significant attack on coatings. An organic acid resistant coating was developed, based on a special epoxy resin and curing agent system which prevents permeation and subsequent attack of those highly aggressive organic acid, such as 40% CH3COOH. 20% HCOOH, 60 ℃ 10% phenol, ect. It can be cured at room temperature without any solvents. It is a high performance solvent free coating with low shrinkage and good adhesion.

摘要: 很多有机酸对涂层的腐蚀能力极强,本研究制备了一种可以耐多种有机酸的防腐涂层,它无需添加任何溶剂,可以室温固化,固化后的涂层收缩率小,粘接强度高,可以经受40%醋酸、20%甲酸、10%苯酚等有机酸的长期浸泡。
