Abstract:
A core-shell structure fluorinated waterborne polyurethane-acrylate hybrid dispersion was syntonizer by use of seml -continuous polymerization process.The effects of various factors on resin were investigated and the resin and latex particle was characterized by FT-IR, DSC, TEM and XPS. The structure of the polymer was identified. DSC analysis showed that the latex particle was single-phase structure without separation of PA and PU phases, and fluorine atoms was not dissociated during the film forming process.

摘要: 以半连续无皂乳液聚合方法合成了核壳结构水性聚氨酯 -氟丙烯酸树脂杂化体。讨论了影响树脂性能的各种因素,对树脂进行了 FT-IR、DSC、TEM和 XPS分析,确定了共聚物的特征结构,DSC分析表明:杂化体没有出现 PA、PU相分离现象,且氟原子在成膜的过程中没有向外界游离。
