Studies on the Law of Moisture Evaporation in Waterborne Sealer on Wooden Furniture Panel

水性封闭底漆在木家具板件上的水分挥发规律研究

Abstract: The law of moisture evaporation of waterborne sealer on the wooden fumiture panel was studied in the laboratory. The results showed that part of the moisture in sealer permeated into the wood and the tmeothers evaporated into the air. It was proved that the evaporated moisture was increased with the drying time but evaporation speed dried was decreased. The rate of moisture evaporation on the maple-veneered-furniture -panel was 49.24%, and the remained moisture was 50. 76%. The relative variation of width dimen furniture-panel was 0. 115 9% .

摘要: 在实验室条件下,对水性封闭底漆在木家具板件上的水分挥发规律进行了研究。结果表明:涂层内的水分一部分渗透到木材中,一部分向空气中挥发,水分挥发率随干燥时间的延长逐渐增多,水分挥发速度随干燥时间的延长逐渐降低。枫木贴面装饰板涂层的水分挥发率为 49.24%,水分残留量为50.76%,涂饰前后装饰板宽度的相对变化量为0.115 9%。
