Abstract:
The title copolymeric latex coatings of acrylate and styrene (St) were prepared by copolymerization in the presence of the poly( butylacrylate/ acrylic acid)oligomer as emulsifier, K2 S20.(KPS) as initiator and MAP-POSS as modifier. The reaction kinetics was investigated and the structure and properties of copolymer and latex were characterized by FT-IR, thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and other methods.The results showed that the emulsion had good stability, water resistance, heat resistance and chemical resistance becuse of the reaction of MAP-PO with other monomers.

摘要: 为改进丙烯酸乳胶涂料的性能,以丙烯酸和丙烯酸丁酯的低聚物为乳化剂,甲基丙烯酰氧丙基笼型倍半硅氧烷(MAP-POSS)为改性剂,制备了丙烯酸酯/苯乙烯共聚乳胶涂料;研究了乳液聚合反应的动力学,用红外光谱(FT-IR),热重分析(TG)等方法进行了结构表征及其性能测试。结果表明MAP-POSS与其他单体发生了共聚反应,该乳液稳定性好,耐水性、耐热性,耐化学性等综合性能得到一定的提高。
