Research on Nano TiO2 Modified Waterborne Exterior Wall Fluorocarbon Coatings

水性纳米TiO2改性氟碳外墙涂料的研究

Abstract: In order to improve and improve the comprehensive properties of exterior wall coatings, inorganic nano-TiO2 was used to modify the waterborne fluorocaron coatings. Nano-TiO2 was dispersed into slurry physically and chemically, which was then used to modify the waterborne fluorocarbon coatings.experiment was used to find the optimum formulation The appearance of the modified fluorocarbon coatings was analysed by SEM and performance was tested before and after modification. The results showed that the effect was the best when nano-TiO2 contents was 3%  the surface of modified fluorocarbon coating was smooth, and compact, water resistan, acid resistance, washability of film were improved significantly.

摘要: 为了改善和提高建筑外墙涂料的综合性能,采用了无机纳米TiO2对水性氟碳涂料进行改性。通过物理分散和化学分散相结合的手段,制得了分散稳定性良好的纳米TiO2浆料,再用其对水性氟碳涂料进行了改性,同时对配方进行优化实验,确定了最佳配方,并对氟碳涂料改性前后外貌进行了电镜分析和性能测试。结果表明:用配比为3%的纳米TiO2浆料制备的水性纳米TiO2改性氟碳涂料效果最好,涂膜的表面平整、光滑、致密,涂料的耐水性、耐酸性、耐擦洗等性能都有明显提高。
