Abstract:
This paper discusses the staining mechanism and staining ways of exterior wall coatings, analyzes the current situation of several typical domestic or international laboratory simulation and outdoor exposure methods for stain resistant property of exteror wall coatings.The limitations are pointed out through comparison of different pollutant and staining way,washing method and illumination used in the experiment. Thus, an improved artificial accelerated stain resistance test method for exterior wall coatings simulating the practical environment is expected.

摘要: 介绍了外墙涂料的沾污机理和沾污途径,分析阐述了国内外几种典型的实验室模拟和室外曝晒外墙涂料耐沾污性测试方法的特点与应用现状。 通过比较几种方法中配制污染源、沾污方式、冲洗以及光照方式的不同,总结了每种方法中存在的问题和各自的局限性,并对如何研究出更符合实际情况的外墙涂料人工加速耐沾污性测试方法提出了预期。
