Electroless Plating on Candanol Formaldehyde Condensation Polymer Surface and Its Characterization

腰果酚缩甲醛树脂漆的化学镀及其表征

Abstract: The electroless plating on candanol formaldehyde condensation polymer( PC) surface was developed. A puality and high gloss chemico-plating layer of nickel, copper, silver has been prepared. The bonding properties of the chemico -plating layers on polymer surface were studied by DMTA, TG-DSCSEM etc. The results showed that the deposited lager has a good bonding on polymer surface with features of dense, uniform particle arrangement. The elastic modus of plated coating film is reduced and showed a better heat stability, which enlarge the application of PC.

摘要: 采用化学镀技术对腰果酚缩甲醛聚合物(PC)涂膜基体表面预处理,通过实验在其表面上化学沉积金属铜、银、镍磷镀层,获得外观质量和光泽良好的镀层。定性分析基体镀层的结合力情况,采用了SEM、DMTA、TG-DSC等方法对镀层进行研究。结果显示,基体与镀层有良好的结合力。获得镀层致密,粒径大小匀称、排布规整。化学镀涂膜总体弹性模量降低,耐热性好,扩大了PC的应用范围。
